ACBuy Spreadsheet FindsIndependent guide to ordering what you find

Categories

ACBuy product categories and seller checks

Browse products by category, then check the detail that matters for that purchase: measurements for clothes, dimensions for bags, and route restrictions for batteries or liquids.

The pattern underneath all of them is the same. The listing already contains the answer, usually as a chart in an image or a line in the option list, and the order form will never ask you for it. So the answer has to be carried across by you, in the option you tick or the remark you write.

Sixteen categories, sixteen checks

Each card links to that category on the finds catalogue. The bold line is the thing to settle before you order.

Balenciaga Speed Trainer Sneakers

Sneakers

The length in millimetres, not the size label. Chinese listings quote foot length in millimetres far more reliably than they quote a EU or US size. The number on the box is a translation of a translation.

Browse sneakers
Songtsam Outdoor Hooded Jacket

Jackets & Coats

The filling, and whether the route takes it. Down and heavily padded items are bulky, and bulk is billed by volumetric weight rather than by what the scale says.

Black zip hoodie with checked hood

Hoodies

Whether the fit is the oversized cut or the regular one. The same product code is often sold in two cuts. The photographs rarely make it obvious, and the option names carry the answer.

Browse hoodies
Spider Short Sleeve T-Shirt

T-Shirts

The flat measurements, not the letter on the label. Most listings put a chest and body length chart in the image strip. A Chinese L is cut narrower than a European L, and that chart is the one part of the listing nobody translated.

Paint Splatter Denim Jeans

Jeans

The waist measurement rather than the tag size. Denim sizing is the least consistent thing on any marketplace. The measurement chart is the only version of it that means anything.

Browse jeans
Nike Men's Black Track Pants

Sweatpants

The leg length, because the photographs stop at the ankle. Sweatpants are shown on a model whose height the listing never states. The measurement chart carries a total length figure, and whether the cuff is elastic or an open hem sits in the option names rather than the title.

Polo Ralph Lauren Cropped Puffer Jacket

Womenswear

That this entry runs a search, so what it returns moves. The catalogue files items by garment type rather than by who wears them, so there is no womenswear shelf to open. This card runs a search instead, which means a piece you saw last week may not be on the first screen today.

Football jersey product examples

Jerseys

Which version it is, before you ask for a name and number. Player issue, replica and fan cuts share one product photo and differ in fabric weight and fit. Printing is a separate paid option, and a printed shirt stops being returnable.

Gucci Marmont Mini Bag Black Quilted Leather with Gold Hardware

Bags

The dimensions, because photographs lie about scale. A bag photographed alone looks like whatever size you assume. The listing gives you three numbers that settle it.

Browse bags
Sleepy And Hungry Embroidered Baseball Caps

Hats

The circumference, and whether anything adjusts. Fitted caps are sold by head circumference in centimetres. Snapbacks are sold as one size that is not one size, and the listing says which in the option list rather than in the title.

Browse hats
Hermès Black Leather Belt with H Logo Buckle

Belts

Whether the number quoted is the strap or your waist. Some listings quote total strap length including the buckle, others quote the waist it fits, and the two are not the same number. Picking the wrong one is the most common reason a belt goes back.

Cartier Sunglasses with Red Case and Box

Eyewear

The lens, which is a different product from the frame. Frames and lenses are frequently sold as separate options on one listing, and the default is not always the one in the picture.

Perfume listings on the finds catalogue

Perfume

Whether liquids are allowed on your route at all. ACBuy recommends that small volume liquids stay under a tenth of the goods in a parcel. That is a packing decision you make months before you pack.

Gold UFO Pendant Necklace with Green Crystal and Cross Charm

Jewellery

The material, in the seller own words. Plating, alloy and steel all photograph identically. This is a specification question, and it belongs in the specification field.

Browse jewellery
Vivienne Westwood Time Machine Gold Watch with Green Dial

Watches

The movement, and whether a battery can ship at all. Some routes restrict batteries. If the listing does not say what is inside, that is a question for support before the order, not after.

Apple AirPods Max - Mint Green with Accessories

Electronics

The plug, the voltage and the shipping route. Three separate things go wrong here, and only the first one is visible in the photograph. ACBuy names electronics among the goods with route restrictions.

Two categories that behave differently

Most of the list is about getting the specification right. Two of them are about whether the parcel can move at all, and those deserve to be separated out.

Perfume and anything else in liquid form runs into the packing rule: ACBuy recommends such goods stay under about a tenth of the goods in a parcel. Electronics run into route restrictions, which surface at the warehouse rather than at the order.

The practical consequence is the same for both. If your parcel is mostly one of these, you will be splitting it, and splitting a parcel costs more than one parcel did.

What happens when an item cannot ship

The same question, in the form ACBuy will accept

The specification field on the DIY Order form is free text, and the remark field on a normal order is too. What goes in them is not a conversation. It is one line that removes one ambiguity.

If the item isWrite this into the specification or remark
Shoes or sneakersThe foot length in millimetres, and the colourway name exactly as the option list writes it
ClothingThe chest or waist measurement you matched against the chart, and the size label you expect
A bagThe three dimensions from the listing, so a substitution is obvious on the quality photos
ElectronicsThe model number and the plug type, and a note that you want the version in the listing photograph
Anything with variantsOne sentence naming the variant, because ACBuy own form asks you to place a separate order per specification

The last line is ACBuy own instruction: the remark field on the DIY Order form asks you to specify what you need from the classification description, and to separate orders when you want the same product in different specifications. Read 2026-08-06.

Where the catalogue ends and the agent begins

Browse and check the original listing first. The buying guide continues through payment, warehouse QC and shipping so the next step is always available.

If you know what you want, the router turns your platform and your link state into the route ACBuy actually offers. If your find has already stalled, the stalls page is the faster door.

Check the product and the seller together

Confirm the original store, exact variant, recent listing photos, size chart and return conditions. Reviews should refer to the same product and seller; a review of a different batch or a reposted QC picture cannot settle your order.

Save the selected variant and measurement chart. If two listings reuse the same photograph, compare specifications and ask for the missing detail instead of assuming they are the same item.
