ACBuy Spreadsheet FindsIndependent guide to ordering what you find

The agent

What ACBuy does for overseas shoppers

Chinese marketplaces are built for domestic buyers. They want a domestic payment method, a domestic phone number and a domestic address. A buying agent solves all three by being the domestic buyer: it pays the seller, receives the goods at its own warehouse, and then ships the box to you.

ACBuy describes itself as a cross border shopping company offering the whole chain, from purchasing through order fulfilment, inspection and international logistics to after sales. It also states plainly that the international shipping itself is provided by a third party company, which is worth knowing when a parcel goes missing.

Who is actually on the other end

ACBuy publishes an operating company on its own contact page: WYMOND LIMITED, company number 12872556, at an address in London. The same page adds that the address is not a returns address, which is a small detail that saves somebody a lost parcel.

That is more than many agents publish, and it is checkable against a public register, which is why this guide leads with it rather than with anything about service quality.

Support runs on a published schedule of 09:00 to 18:00 Beijing time in the recorded contact page, with [email protected] as the service address. Two spellings of the marketing address appear on different parts of the site, so the support address is the one to use.

What happens to a link after you hand it over

Stated at the level ACBuy states it, without inventing the parts that happen inside the warehouse.

  1. You submit an order

Either by pasting a product URL, or by filling in the DIY Order form when the system cannot read the page. Both end up in the same place.

  2. You pay for the goods

The product price and the domestic shipping the seller charges. On regular platforms ACBuy states it adds no agent service fee at this point.

  3. A buyer places the real order

ACBuy buys from the seller as a domestic customer. This is the step where a listing that has quietly sold out stops being your problem in theory and becomes your problem in practice.

  4. The goods reach the warehouse

They are received, checked and stored. ACBuy advertises 90 days of free storage on its own About page.

  5. You submit a parcel

You choose what goes in the box. Restrictions apply here rather than at the order, which is why an item can be bought and then refuse to travel.

What ACBuy says it does not do

These are limits ACBuy prints itself. A guide that left them out would be less useful than the official site.

On the order form

It does not judge authenticity

In its own words on the DIY Order page, ACBuy can help you find the merchant of the link for consultation, purchase and delivery, and it cannot distinguish between product quality and authenticity. You carry that risk.

On the order form

It does not take the seller liability

The disclaimer states that products come from third party platforms and are not sold by ACBuy, and that any infringement liability sits with the seller.

On the About page

It does not fly the parcel itself

International shipping is described as provided by a third party service company. ACBuy will talk to them on your behalf, which is different from being them.

Why choose ACBuy, and when to use someone else

We are paid if you register through this site, so treat this section with the suspicion it deserves and check the claims against the official pages linked throughout.

Reasons to use it

  • You are buying from regular platforms, where ACBuy states there is no agent service fee
  • You want a published operating company you can look up, rather than a brand with no legal entity on the page
  • You are consolidating several sellers into one parcel, which is where the freight saving actually comes from
  • You want 90 days of storage while you accumulate enough to ship

Reasons to use somebody else

  • Your find is on a platform ACBuy names as possibly not purchasable, and another agent supports it properly
  • You need a same day answer outside 09:00 to 18:00 Beijing time
  • You want a service that takes a position on authenticity, which this one declines to do
  • You are shipping a single light item, where consolidation saves nothing and any agent is much the same

Where this guide gets its answers

Everything on this site is read off ACBuy own pages, and every page here carries the date we read them. The routes are not guessed: ACBuy runs a single page application where the menu items and footer links carry no ordinary web addresses, so each one was opened and its real address recorded.

When two official pages disagree, this guide says so and points at both rather than picking the one that reads better.

Comparing ACBuy with another buying agent

Ask each candidate about the same item, destination and packed-size estimate. Compare the complete fees, supported payment method, storage deadline, return handling, route restrictions and loss-claim terms. Keep written answers and check that you can reach support before funding an account.

Other agents such as Superbuy and Basetao perform the same broad buying-and-forwarding role. Their current service and route terms require a separate check; a familiar name or an affiliate recommendation is not proof that one is cheapest or safer for your parcel.
